About our founders

The inspiration for Kalluna Cleaning Solutions stems from a personal experience shared by our founders, Marisol and Franklin Carrero. Several years ago, during their move from New York to Houston, they encountered disappointing results from the cleaning services they hired. The move-in, move-out cleaning was shockingly expensive and poorly executed. Once in Houston, they faced similar issues with several popular cleaning companies in the area that charged high rates but consistently missed spots in their home.

Driven by these experiences, Marisol, who brings extensive years of experience as an administrative executive and oversees our Kalluna Maids Team, and Franklin, a seasoned commercial banker with 18 years of expertise who oversees our Kalluna Commercial Group, set out to create a cleaning service that truly meets the needs of its clients. They envisioned a company that offers competitive pricing without compromising on quality, ensuring every corner is spotless.
